We've taken great strides to provide reliable access to you. Our bandwidth saturation average (a measure of how crowded our systems are) is less than 30%. We have redundant DS-3 (capable of 45Mbps each) lines with diverse routes to the Internet Backbone, ensuring our servers always have an active connection to the Internet. BGP Peering allows us to automatically re-route traffic away from "Internet Traffic Jams." This means when one part of the Internet slows down your site will not be caught in the bottleneck. We usually run 250 to 300 web sites per server depending on the web site. You will notice that most of the larger companies offering you incredible space and transfer are hosting thousands of web sites on one server. You are guaranteed to get a fast response from our servers.

Colorteck Network servers are located in one of the worlds best and fastest growing data centers. Two state-of-the-art data centers in Houston, Texas. The  facilities offer 100,000 square feet of web hosting space, and each features redundant UPS, generator backup and smoke detection/fire protection systems. Both locations are under 24/7 camera surveillance and armed guard patrol.All servers are monitored 24/7 365 days a year and are never over crowded

All of our servers are fast Dual Pentium IV based technology to dual Xeon processors with 2 to 4 GB RAM - (4) 250GB SATA RAID 0+1 - 500GB Usable Hard Drives- and are running the latest Red Hat Enterprise. All Cpanel Servers are clustered making it easy and fast for us to move web sites. Emergency plans are always available if a disaster should arise.

What about backups?

We back all servers up nightly on a separate server that is not connected to the internet. Backups are for an emergency and are available to our technicians if ever a problem arises. backups are usually done late at night when there is less traffic to the server.
